Installation Notes
Disconnect battery and factory clamps
Remove the crossover exhaust pipe and regulators
Unplug the rectifier’s electrical connector and remove hoses
Slide the exhaust manifold forward to remove the OEM waterbox
Install the new waterbox and reattach all hoses
Replace stock clamps with worm-style clamps for easier fitting
Ensure hoses are aligned and free from twists before final tightening
Some minor hose adjustment may be needed depending on your setup.
