Now available in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB to give you more audio storage for less money with a new raised print feature to allow the visually impaired to quickly determine the cartridge capacity.
Can be used to store & play books that are downloaded from the National Library Service BARD website.
This cartridge works with the American Printing House for the Blind's Book Port DT, and APH's Joy Player. (Note: APH's Joy Player is not enabled to play NLS Talking Books but is compatible with MP3 and Daisy file formats
This cartridge is primarily used for blind, visually impaired, or reading disabled people that are registered with the National Library Service program through each state's affiliated library.

Talking book cartridges come in multiple sizes, check out the 4GB or 8GB versions. This 16GB cartridge can hold about 1600 hours of talking book audio because each gigabyte holds approximately 100 hours of talking book audio, formatted for the National Library Service of the Library of Congress (NLS) for use on the NLS Digital Talking Book Player. This means most people will be able to put all their favorite books on one cartridge, maybe even every single book from all of your favorite authors on this one cartridge. This 16 gigabyte cartridge, on average can to store up to an amazing 180 books on one cartridge. Unlike other cartridges on the market that use PCBA memory, our cartridges use the much newer and more durable UDP memory.
