The Kenko T-Mount Adapter II is an adapter that allows you to attach SLR cameras and mirrorless cameras to astronomical telescopes. 7 mounts available per manufacturer

This product consists of two parts of the outer ring and inner ring so you can adjust the orientation of the connection after connecting the camera. Factory shipped slightly loose, please adjust the position and secure it with a negative precision screwdriver (sold separately).
What is a T-mount?
T-mount is a mount that is often used in astronomical telescopes, and Kenko mirror lens series are compatible with T-mounts.
T-mount specifications are 42mm thread diameter and 0.75mm pitch
