1. Our ceramic ball bearing spindle uses 4 ceramic ball bearings.
2. Ceramic ball bearings are resistant to high temperature and low heat, and are usually 3-5 degrees lower than steel ball bearings during use.

During the storage and transportation of the spindle, the state of the high-speed grease inside the bearing will change, and the customer should run it at a low speed for 30 minutes. Then slowly increase at 3000 rpm, running for 20 minutes each time. The spindle and inverter should work together. The specifications and parameter of the inverter need to match the spindle parameters. (Because the high-speed grease inside the bearing changes, the sound may not sound normal when you get the spindle. Please run it for 30 minutes or more, the sound will be normal.)
Connect the main shaft of the inverter. The power cord of the three-phase inverter should be welded to the 1 (U), 2 (V), 3 (W) and 4 pins of the plug. After turning on the power, observe whether the spindle axis of rotation is consistent with the direction. If it is inconsistent, turn it off immediately, and replace the two wires of the three-phase power supply connected to the inverter and the spindle.
