Wheel Diameter stays the same, so you will not need to be keep adjusting your jig. For 5/8 inch shaft. Note: These wheels are made with very tight tolerance's. The arbor hole is precisely cut to .6254 inches. That is only .0004 inch over 5/8 inch! The shaft on many grinding motors are not as precise, and may be slightly larger then .625 inch. This will cause an interference fit. A little bit of emery cloth on the shaft will help get the wheel on if necessary.
Two set's of True Run precision ground spacers and spherical washers designed to keep your wheels running perfectly true. The Spherical Washer set goes between the wheel and nut. The Concave/Convex washer set is designed to offset slightly to compensate for the uneven pressure put on the wheel by the nut
