Special Features

  • Significantly Increases Overall Absorbency when used inside your cloth or disposable adult diapers. Generally used in addition to adult diaper. However, they can also be used inside plastic pant or underwear for lighter urinary incontinence.
  • The top and bottom outside layers of the insert are a charcoal rayon fleece made from 100% bamboo fibers. It is soft and allows liquids to pass through to the inner microfiber layers while still feeling dry to the touch.
  • The interior 3 layers are made of an absorbent microfiber that can absorb 3 times as much as a cotton insert of similar size.
  • 3 Per Package, available in 3 adult sizes. Wash and dry at any temperature. Wash and dry before first use. Expect minimal shrinkage with repeated washings.

The outer layers (top and bottom) are a Charcoal Bamboo Fleece made from 100% Bamboo fibers and the 3 inner layers are Microfiber which is 100% Polyester. Available in 3 sizes. See images for the dimensions of each size. These inserts are perfect for adding absorbency to cloth diapers or even disposables. These extra thirsty inserts are perfect for heavy wetters and for night time as they absorb 3 times as much as cotton inserts of similar size. These can even be used by themselves with a tight-fitting plastic pant.
