Troubleshooting:
1. If the compressor shuts down within 20 seconds of startup, check if the power line is properly connected, if the fuse screws are properly tightened, and if there is oxidation at the battery terminals. Use sandpaper to clean and reconnect. A 20-second shutdown is generally a power issue, especially for units used over a year, where terminal corrosion may occur.
2. If the shutdown occurs after 2 to 3 minutes, it is generally due to high system pressure (e.g., overfilled refrigerant, system blockage, condenser dust accumulation causing poor heat dissipation, or electronic fan malfunction).
3. Test with power-saving or energy-saving modes, which use less current and typically avoid over current protection. If these modes function without issue, the controller and internal unit are likely fine, and other causes should be checked.
4. Three quick flashes, pause for one second: Locked rotor protection: Troubleshooting: Generally due to mechanical failure of the compressor or poor power connection causing insufficient current to the controller.
5. Four quick flashes, pause for one second: Under voltage protection: Troubleshooting:1. Check if the battery is genuinely under voltage and needs charging;2. If under voltage occurs at startup, check for poor power connections.
3. Adjust the panel under voltage value if the wiring is too long (controller under voltage value is 19.5V).
6. Six quick flashes, pause for one second: Electronic fan fault: Troubleshooting: Check if the electronic fan is working or if there is any disconnection or short circuit in the fan wiring.
7. Seven quick flashes, pause for one second: Motor phase loss: Troubleshooting: Check if the compressor motor is properly connected or burned out. 8. Eight quick flashes, pause for one second: Compressor temperature protection: Troubleshooting: Check if the compressor is overheating or if the temperature sensor is properly connected. Short-circuit the temperature sensor for testing.
9. Nine quick flashes, pause for one second: System pressure switch protection: Troubleshooting: Check if the system pressure is too high or directly short-circuit the pressure switch for testing.
