Description

This product is a riveting rod accessory designed for the K-series manual rivet nut tools, compatible with our K1 manual rivet nut tool as well as similar tools from various other brands. Please ensure to compare the dimensions before purchasing to confirm compatibility. The product is a 3-piece set, including three riveting rods, but does not include a guide nose, as the guide nose is not a consumable part. For the use of rivet nut tools, we recommend the following: Corwin Brand Tools (Model K1): The 16-inch rivet nut tools from Corwin feature刻度线 (calibration marks) on the retracting rod. These marks serve as a guide to achieve optimal compression of the rivet nut, helping to avoid overloading and potential damage to the components. Non-Corwin Brand Tools: If you are using a tool from another brand, we recommend conducting a test before actual application. During operation, stop applying force once you feel the compression is sufficient to prevent overloading. By following these guidelines, you can ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your rivet nut tools.
