ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Each piece of this nicotine gum contains 2 mg of nicotine polacrilex, a stop smoking aid; helping to reduce withdrawal symptoms, including nicotine craving, associated with quitting smoking.
HOW TO USE: Chew the gum slowly until it tingles. Then park it between your cheek and gum. When the tingle is gone, begin chewing again, until the tingle returns. Repeat this process until most of the tingle is gone (about 30 minutes).
12-WEEK PROGRAM: Following a 12-week schedule, have one piece of gum every one to two hours for weeks one through six. For weeks seven to nine, have one piece every two to four hours. Finally, for weeks ten to twelve, have one piece every four to eight hours.
