This innovative technology funnels and separates dirt away from the water, which helps reduce the risk of swirls and scratches caused by scrubbing with abrasive dirt. Unlike traditional car wash strainers that use large open screens and vertical fins, the small funnels of the Dirt Trap create a cyclonic flow down through the tiny tip of each funnel, spinning heavier dirt particles out of the water through intense centripetal force.
