Heat Wave Pro is a high R-value, lightweight combination of jute and reinforced foil. The jute material is made from natural cotton denim and is treated for fire resistance. The reinforced foil fabric is laminated to both sides to increase radiant heat reflection and add durability. This thermal-acoustic barrier will reduce heat and noise from engines, exhaust and transmissions. Heat Wave Pro has a Class A fire rating and meets fire resistance standards (FMVSS 302). Apply on top of a sound deadener (like our Damplifier Pro) to increase thermal insulation and sound absorption in addition to the sound deadening.
