【Major Function】VKALTUL automotive OBDII protocol monitor is an automotive tool for the OBDII diagnostic link connector which offers easy access to the OBDII connector for monitoring signals of protocol , power and grounds conveniently and safely . It can be also connected to multi-meter or oscilloscope for further testing once unconfirmed signals detected.
【LED Indications of OBD2 Breakout Box】LEDS to quickly indicate power or ground problems of OBDII connector. When the code reader communicates with the vehicle, the yellow LED (pin 2/6/7/10/14/15) lights up and occur a waveform signal. If the car is detected grounded normally, the green LED (pin 4/5) will always be on. If the car power supply is detected as normal, the red LED ( Pin16） will always be on.
【16 pins OBDII Interface】OBD interface of the breakout box adopts a 16 pins design, which completely simulates the 16 pin layout of the OBD II interface, so that more tests can be performed quickly and intuitively. Easily access each of the 16 pins while scan tool communicating with vehicle.
【4MM Banana Sockets】The OBD2 breakout box set uses safety banana sockets that accept all types of 4mm banana plugs including those with safety sheaths，so as to connect to a multimeter or oscilloscope for further measurement of uncertain monitoring signals.

You can place the breakout box between the diagnostic tool and the vehicle, which makes it easier to measure the can bus signal. The cable length of OBDII diagnostic link connector is 35.43-inch, which makes equipment connection more convenient.
