Special Features

  • Material: The expansion tank is made of 6061 aluminum for enhanced strength, anodized polished, better than plastic material. It is high recommended use professional tape when install, it can enhance airtightness prevent interface leakage.
  • Prevent Coolant Leakage: The tightly closed cap of the coolant overflow tank is fully tig welded and the thread come with o-ring gasket, keeping a good closed environment and stopping coolant leakage.
  • How to Work: When the coolant pressure in the radiator overflow tank exceeds the pressure cap setting, the coolant is sealed through the pressure cap and flows through the overflow tube into the radiator coolant overflow tank.
  • Easy to Clean: Magnetic drain plug at the bottom of the coolant overflow tank is for easy draining and cleaning. Switchable inlet/outlet and level indicator can be placed either on the right or left-hand side of the overflow tank. The Level indicator is easy to read level (toggle level indicator).
  • Fitment: Universal coolant reservoir tank, fit for mostly of vehicles. Please measure before purchase to make sure there is enough space for installation. Size: The Male to barb fitting thread size is M14*1.5.can work with 3/8" ID fuel hose. Overflow tank storage volume1L.
