Aragonite in this crystalline form is extremely rare, but Aragonite itself is one of the most common minerals on earth. Aragonite is a calcium carbonate with a Mohs hardness of 4, similar to Flouorite.
The original description of the mineral comes from the Aragon region in Spain, hence the name Aragonite. We found this specifc form of Crystal conglomerate in Morocco.
Each Crystal is of course unique and may differ slightly from the pieces shown.
