2.**First Step:**Hold the device and place thebluetip against one of your nostrils.Withyourother hand,useyour index finger to pressthe other nostril closed,ensuringbothnostrils aresealed.

3.**Airflow Introduction:**Squeeze the orangebulb ofthe deviceto slowly introduceairflow into your nasal cavity for 5seconds

4.**Swallowing:**While maintaining the airflow,swallow the water.

5.**RepeatforOtherNostril:**Switch to theothernostril andrepeat the above steps.
