The wheel speed sensor sound ring is a gear ring installed on the wheel, usually made of ferromagnetic material, with hundreds of teeth on the outside. When the wheel rotates, the gear ring rotates with it, and the tooth gap and tooth top will alternately face the end of the sensor core, causing the magnetic field around the sensor induction coil to change, thereby generating an alternating voltage signal.
