Function:
Starter solenoid relay supplies power from the battery to the starter solenoid and is essentially a current switch.
The solenoid helps to create a strong magnetic field in the starter coil, which causes the flywheel to spin, thus starting the vehicle.

Symptoms of a broken relay：
If the starter relay on your vehicle is bad, which prevents the necessary electrical power from reaching the starter motor;
fail to cut off power; or keep the motor from starting at all.At this time ,you should consider replacing it.
