LiDAR Technology - Utilizes laser imaging, detection, and ranging to accurately measure the fuel depth in the tank, compatible with multiple gauge brands
On-board Setup Buttons - Simplify fuel amount calibration with easy-to-use buttons directly on the unit
Dip Switch Adjustment - Allows fine-tuning to reduce gauge bounce caused by fuel sloshing during driving
Efficient and Durable Design - Quickly reads fuel levels with zero contact. Easy installation with no moving parts, featuring a popular 5-bolt flange. Long-lasting sensor with no failure-prone floats. Compatible with electronic gauges (does not work with OE gauges that use ohm-only input). Includes mounting hardware and a rubber gasket
Technical Specifications - Bolt Circle Diameter (BCD) is 2.122". Output is PWM signal for 12V applications (10-20V range). Easy to program fuel levels for any tank size
Description
The 19-250 Fuel Level Sender uses LiDAR technology to precisely measure the fuel level in your tank and works with all Classic Instruments' fuel gauges, including short-sweep, full-sweep, and selectable ohm range gauges. It is also compatible with many other gauge brands. This model supports tanks ranging from 4 to 39 inches in depth. Setup is easy with the on-board buttons, allowing you to quickly set the empty and full tank positions, including reserve, on your workbench before installation. After installation, set the empty, half, and full positions on the gauge. The desired damping rate is adjusted using dip switches on the unit to reduce fuel slosh and gauge bounce, controlling how fast or slow the gauge responds to fuel level changes.
