Also known as Celestine, Celestite is found in an amazing blue color. This coloration and name are references to it being celestial or heavenly. Celstite is fairly rare stone as it is only found in a few parts of the world. When found it is likely to be in the form of a geode with the largest known discovered at around 35 feet wide. It is most known and sought after for its light blue color. Celestite are highly ornamental leading to its use in crafts, jewelry, carving, metaphysical, healing and collecting.
