The Danfoss TR6 thermostatic expansion valves are meticulously crafted for use in ducted split (residential) and light commercial air conditioning systems. Featuring a hermetically sealed design manufactured with cutting-edge technology, the TR6 is compatible with all fluorinated refrigerants. Its construction includes a hot-pressed brass body and a power element composed entirely of stainless steel, ensuring durability and reliability.

Each Danfoss TR6 kit includes a valve, aeroquip, chatleff, and 3⁄8-inch flare fittings for evaporator connections, along with insulating tape, a bulb strap, and easy-to-follow installation instructions. With a balanced port design, these valves minimize the impact of varying condensing pressures. They also boast a built-in check valve for heat pump applications and an anti-hunt bulb charge optimized for residential A/C needs.
