OPERATION MANUAL:
1. Insert the handle into the hole of the grip sleeve.
2. Make sure the saddle is correctly positioned. To avoid damaging the socket, do not move the socket while the handle in the socket is intact.
3. To increase the load, use one hand to hold the front part of the handle and turn the other hand clockwise at the back of the handle.
4. To lower the load, use one hand to hold the front part of the handle and slowly turn it counterclockwise with the other hand at the back of the handle.
