Direction to Quit Smoking:
Take out a patch, remove the protective film and stick it on a clean, dry area. ( preferably wrist, upper arm, chest, thigh)
Apply it in the morning and remove it an hour before going to bed. Avoid applying the patch in the same area consecutively, when replacing with new patch avoid over skin rash or irritated skin.
