[Instruction Manual]: Polishing and cleaning the inside of tires. Apply vulcanizing cement to the buffed area and allow to dry completely. Remove the red polyester backing from the tire patch, stick it to the glued area and press it tightly. Finally peel off the film to complete the tire repair.
