CarPlan Blue Star De-Icer is a quality de-icer designed to melt ice fast on vehicle windscreens leaving a clear ice and streak-free finish. Remove any heavy deposits of snow. 2. Direct spray close to the windscreen starting at the top, moving across and working downward holding spray in an upright position. 3. When the ice melts remove the slush with the windscreen wipers. Note: Frosted surfaces are colder than air temperatures. Spray liberally top to bottom. Thick frost dilutes effectiveness. Re-apply in case of re-freeze. Avoid prolonged contact with paintwork and wipe off any excess with a clean cloth.
