This concentrated dye is what is widely used by automotive technicians. It is a very effective way to detect leaks in any oil-based automotive system (ie. engine oil, fuel system, power steering, transmission, transfer case, rear end etc.). Useful in small engines as well. Note: NOT for use in coolant or brake systems.
