Higgins Super White Pigmented Drawing Ink may be used with brushes and dip pens on paper, board and film. This waterproof ink has a very slow drying time which produces a matte sheen. The bottle contains a dropper to make ink easy to dispense without the risk of spilling. Made in USA. Higgins' black Eternal and India inks have been widely used around the world since 1880.
