Special Features

  • The building blocks for imagination and education. Modular Robotics Cubelets are small, autonomous robot cubes used for teaching basic robotics and programming for kids ages 4 and up
  • Each robot cube falls into one of three categories: SENSE, THINK and ACT. Connect three or more Cubelets robot blocks from each category to create a programmable robot. Kids can also change their Cubelets programming with our Personality Swap function, available in the Cubelets app or from the dashboard.
  • No code computational thinking. The Bar Graph Cubelet is an ACT robot cube that displays the block value on a light-up ten bar graph, helping your child gain insights into the data of their robot, perfect for helping to debug the robot's behavior
  • Award winning robot blocks using play to teach higher level STEM concepts. Is your child already tired of counting 1-10? They can use the Bar Graph Cubelet to show off their binary skills, or practice place values with hundreds, tens, and ones
  • Already in use in thousands of classrooms, Cubelets STEM kits are both fun and educational, fostering the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on engagement for kids as young as 4 years old

Description

Modular Robotics
Cubelets Robot Blocks
Bar Graph Cubelets robot cube (Ages 4 and Up)

Modular Robotics Cubelets Robot Blocks unlock your child's potential and build a love of science and engineering by inventing and reinventing countless robotics models.

Already in use in classrooms worldwide, Cubelets are designed to develop vital STEM skills, helping to break down complex problems and find repeatable solutions. Each robot cube has a special function belonging to one of three categories: SENSE, taking in information from the robot's environment. THINK, computing and changing that information, and ACT, turning that information into physical action. Connect at least three SENSE, THINK, and ACT Cubelet from each of those categories to create a robot. Kids can also change their Cubelets programming with our Personality Swap function, available in the Cubelets app or from the dashboard.

The Bar Graph Cubelet is a ACT robot cube displaying the block value on a light-up ten bar graph, helping your child gain insights into the data of their robot. It's perfect for helping to debug the robot's behavior or helping your child learn no-code, computational thinking skills by using math to prove a point. The Bar Graph Cubelet can also be used with our Distance cubelet to see how many "bars" away an object is. Is your child already tired of counting 1-10? They can use the bar graph cubelet to show off their binary skills, or practice place values with hundreds, tens, and ones.

At home robotics cube to help develop vital learning and problem solving skills, including math and cause & effect Scalable for children as young as 4 up to 17 (and older) Comprehensive one year warranty and free support

Modular Robotics
The Building Blocks of Better Thinkers
Display data. Add to any Cubelets kit to extend your robot. Displays the block's value as a light-up bar graph. The value is normalized to the number of points on the bar graph so that a maximum value results in a fully-lit bar graph. Anyone can build robots that drive around on a tabletop, respond to light and other objects and have surprisingly lifelike behavior. Instead of programming that behavior, you snap the Cubelets together and watch the behavior emerge like with a flock of birds or a swarm of bees. Each Cubelet has a tiny computer inside of it and is a robot in its own right. When you put Cubelets together, you're actually making a robot out of several smaller robots. Each Cubelet communicates with its neighbors, so you know that if two blocks are next to each other, they're talking. Specifications: For ages 4 and up. Cubelets are lead free. Cubelets are assembled in Boulder, CO from components made all over the world.
