How to use:

Step 1: Choose how many layers of elastic to use based on the diameter of the holes in the beads

Step 2: Thread the beads in until the bracelet fits your wrist

Step 3: Knot the rope

Step 4: Pull the string tight and adjust the size between the beads so they are close together

Step 5: Tie a double knot into both strands of the rope. You can use a coral knot or a surgeon's knot to complete the bracelet, and then cut off the unwanted parts of the rope. If necessary, seal with heat or clear nail polish or glue to prevent the knot from slipping.

Step 6: Hide the knot in one of the beads
