When you install a pet door for your sliding glass door, you may have a gap between the slider door frame and the fixed frame of the door. Our sliding glass door draft blocker kit is the pet door accessory you need to stop cold or hot air from getting into your home, preventing energy loss!

This draft stopper is a weatherproof solution designed to eliminate drafts and keep your home temperature stable. Available in 81" or 96" lengths, and black and white to accommodate different door colors.

The draft stopper is easily installed using the adhesive backing. Clean the edge of your patio sliding door with rubbing alcohol before installing. Attach the draft stopper of either the back edge of the sliding door panel or the leading edge of the stationary panel (see images for more detail). Trim with scissors to fit as needed.

The draft stopper is the perfect accessory for your Endura Flap or Dragon Pet Door sliding glass door pet doors, and is compatible with any other brand of sliding door dog or cat pet doors. It requires 1/2" frame space to adhere properly. The adhesive is 1/2" wide and begins inset at 1/8". The overall width of the draft stopper is 1-7/8". Suitable to cover gaps up to 1-1/2" wide.

If your door is taller than 96", purchase a second draft stopper and trim to size. Also suitable for windows, door sweeps or under-door draft stoppers. Adapt as needed to your unique home situation.
