Q: Can this obd cable can used for all cars/Vans?
A: as long as they have an obd port+ your dash cam's charger is Type-C Port, PLEASE NOTE: NOT SUITABLE FOR THE TRAM(ELECTRIC VEHICLE)

Q: When the customer just inserted the OBD into the car, no matter which mode the OBD chooses at this time, there is output .
A: Because this process is the process of the OBD program chip starting detection, it will be normal after 20 minutes.

PRESS RED BUTTO TO SWITCH 2 MODES:
Mode “O”:
ACC mode: When your car ACC is off, the OBD power cable will also power off after 20 minutes.
（When the obd2 to usb completely detects that the car has no power, this process may be different for different cars, please do not worry, our dash cam obd power hardwire kit cable is regular.）

Mode “—”:
Surveillance mode: When you car ACC is off, the OBD power cable will keep working until detecting the car battery voltage is at 11.6V(low voltage), it will power off after 20min.

(Because the power of each car changes differently, some errors in the power failure time are normal)

The low voltage protection for mode “—” protect your car from running out the battery, enable you have enough voltage to start the car for next driving.

PLEASE NOTE:
1.This car OBD, OBD2 power cable is only working for dash cams which range from 8V-36V,other voltage range is not supported. The voltage will be converted to 5V output.
2.This car charger adapter is suitable for 16pin OBD and OBD2 ports. It is only used for charging.
