★ How to Make Greek Yogurt?
(1) Natural Filtering:
Step1. Pour the yogurt into inner container,without the spring and the pusher.
Step2. Allow whey to naturally separate a portion of it by gravity.
Step3. It is generally recommended to refrigerate for 4 - 6 hours.
Step4. When filtering, there needs to be air constantly entering, without fastening the lid.
(2) Pressure Filtration:
Step1. Add the spring and the pusher to apply pressure.
Step2. The filtering time is about 8 hours (over night), the long the better.
Step3. Whey is overflow from both the top and bottom is normal phenomenon.

- Products like buttermilk and liquid dairy with a thin consistency cannot be filtered. Please avoid using them with the filter.
