Easy To Use:
There are pre-punched holes of the right size on each letter of the Women's History Month banner, which can be hung by threading ribbons through pre-punched cards. the hanging swirls and single swirls also have pre-punched holes. take a clear hook and insert the bottom bar into the pre-cut hole. once the hook is secured, gently stretch the swirl and hang it up.
