In 2000 Zassenhaus invented the first continuously adjustable grinding mechanism made from high quality German ceramic. A mill is as good as its grinding mechanism as this alone determines how much flavor and aroma is released when the spices are ground. The mephisto nutmeg mill keeps nutmeg securely in place for uniform grinding. The grinding mechanism has 4 micro-etched blades, each positioned in a different direction to ensure consistent and smooth results. Measures 5" tall.
