Special Features

  • The ULN2803A device is a transistor array with the voltage of 50 V and the current of 500 mA.
  • Each pair of ULN2803A devices is equipped with a 2.7k¦¸ series base and can work directly with TTL or 5V CMOS devices.
  • Applications of the ULN2803A Module include relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamps drivers, display drivers (LED and gas discharge), line drivers and logic buffers.
  • The device consists of eight NPN pairs, which has a high voltage output and a common cathode clamp diode for switching inductive loads.
