Product description: The IRF520N driver module is a module used to control the voltage, and the output voltage can be adjusted through the PWM signal.
The module has three wirings, one for input VCC and one for GND, which is used to connect to the 3.3V power supply of the ESP32 module. The SIG pin is connected to ESP32's PWM signal input pin D15.
In addition, there is a V and V- pin for the output of variable voltages. The output voltage ranges from 0V to V2 of the input power supply to which the module is connected.
The module can use the PWM signal of the D15 pin to control the output voltage change between 0 and V2 to achieve stepless voltage regulation, so the voltage can be adjusted by controlling the PWM signal of the IRF520N drive module.
Product Features:
1. The original IRF520 power MOS transistor is adopted, which can adjust the output by PWM
2. Arduno can drive loads up to 24V, such as LED strips, DC motors, micro water pumps, and solenoid valves
3. After using PWM adjustment, it can realize LED stepless dimming and motor stepless speed regulation
Note: Heat sinks are required to drive loads above 1A
Instructions for use: The PWM signal is active at high level
When PWM is high (3.3V-5.0V):
Between V+ and V- is the power supply voltage, the working indicator is on, and the load is working
When PWM is low (0V-0.5V):
0 between V+ and V-, the working indicator is off, and the load is not working
