Common Problems
► Color Deviation
In case of darker or brighter photos printed, suggest manually adjusting printing color by means of the “Advanced” option within “Printing Preferences”,
or changing the color configuration file of printer, or replace ink.

► Paper Jam
In regard to low-end beginner inkjet printer and all-in-one inkjet printer, suggest purchasing papers less than 200g, lest paper jam, non-paper feed and other situations caused by too thick photo papers.
