NOTE: Since the reset key will expire, if the key code has expired when resetting the printer after receiving the ink pad, please contact our support team (on the back of the package) to obtain a new reset key.

When the ink pad reaches the end of its life, the maintenance cartridge needs to be replaced and additional waste ink pad can resolve printer error codes.
