The battery must be removed before washing, and the battery wire must be sorted and put back into the battery pocket. (Note: Battery can't be washed)
Highly recommend hand washing. Socks must be put into the laundry bag when machine-washed.
Turn the power cord out and dry it naturally. Do not use a high-temperature iron or dry it at high temperatures.

Solving steps for failed to control the temperature of APP
(1) Check if the battery is fully charged.
(2) Check if the socks are connected to the batteries.
Successfully, or Long press to switch on & off normally, or if the red gear light can be switched.
(3) Elimination method, to test if there is a problem with socks or batteries, pls exchange each sock for reconnection.
(4) Check if Bluetooth and location are open.
(5) Check if there are only two socks in the scope of 10 meters and the batteries are connected. If there are more than one pair of socks, pls connect them one by one.
(6) Check if power is on or if there is a wrong operation of the APP, or if selected about the sock button.
(7) If tried several times but still failed to connect to the APP, pls exit the APP, and clear the APP and mobile phone cache. Then binding again.
