How to simmer stovetop potpourri?

On the Stovetop

Add 4-6 cups of water to a saucepan or Dutch oven. Next, add your ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Be sure to keep your pot uncovered over low heat. Simmer for up to 2-3 days. Keep refilling the water every few hours as needed.

How many times can you use stovetop potpourri?
