Faulty TIPM or fuel pump relay symptoms include:
Cold starting trouble, vehicle starting on second or third try. This problem gets worse over time and sometimes instantly you have no power to your fuel pump.
Unexplained battery draining due ton stuck relay in the on position.
Vehicle stutters, surges or stalls while driving. This is sometimes caused by the fuel pump relay.
The most common problem is that the vehicle just won't start and appears to be out of gas (make sure there is actually oil in the tank).
