This is the ROD seal to rebuild the hydraulic cylinder that locks your Vario retractable roof to the windshield, with a Multipage Illustrated Guideline

The Upgraded Nitrile Rubber seal in the kit is an upgrade to the OEM seal, which is not capable of withstanding the aggressive/corrosive hydraulic fluids and is exceptionally resistant to petroleum based oils, found in hydraulic fluids used in the convertible top hydraulic system.

Fits the following vehicles built on the R230 chassis:

SL350, SL500, SL550, SL600, SL55 AMG, SL63 AMG & SL65 AMG

Includes:

1 Nitrile 70 Rubber seal, Set tools to ease removal of the failed OEM seal,
