The knurling wheel set has six interchangeable knurling wheels that you can use to make different types of knurling. Fine, medium and coarse cross knurling can be produced with three of the six knurling wheels. The pitch of the fine knurling wheel is 0.5 mm, that of the medium coarse knurling wheel is 1.0 mm and that of the coarse knurling wheel is 1.5 mm. With the other three knurling wheels, axis-parallel grooves can be produced, with the division also being 0.5 mm, 1.0 mm and 1.5 mm. SIZE & COLOR: Black (Knurling) holder size 12 x 12 x 100 mm. HSS Knurl 3/4" (diameter) x 1/4" (wide) x 1/8" (bore); USEFUL: Ideal for replacing your damaged Linear & diamond knurl wheel. Used for processing the work piece surface pattern.
