The ZVS driver board can not only drive the high voltage package, but can also be used for Tesla coils, Jacob, ladders and Marx generators after modification, which can produce the same arc discharge effect. If it is used to make induction heating coils, it can be quenched and heated to melt metal; if it is used as a single coil, it is recommended to use a hollow copper tube and cool down with cold water to prevent the coil from melting.

Note: Do not run under overvoltage and overcurrent conditions. The driver board is not suitable for induction heating. If it is used, it is recommended that the input voltage be below 15V. When used for induction heating or long-term use, a fan must be used for heat dissipation, otherwise it will accelerate the aging of the MOS tube or even burn out. When winding the induction coil, symmetrical double numbers must be wound on both sides.

Note:
The arc length is about 1-2cm when input 12V/5A. Lager the input voltage/current, lager the output power, also longer the arc. The arc is up to 5cm when input 24V/10A(max). Please check the input power if the arc is too short.
Please pay attention to the positive and negative signs of the power supply on the drive board. Avoid the polarity reversal when connecting wires. Otherwise, it may burn the board.
After wiring, please check and compare with the wiring diagram to confirm that it is correct before turning on the power. Firstly, please use low voltage and current to test. Touch the high voltage cap and check whether it is normal.
