Each blade has sizes laser etched for easy identification. The tail of each piece feeler gauge is fixed by a metal nut, not easy to scatter during use.
Metric standard sizes. Feeler gauges are generally used to measure the gap size of the connecting parts of workpieces, such as the engine, car windshield, guitar, etc.
Feeler gauges are commonly used across a wide range of industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, and general industrial machining. Also good for measuring the string action (height) on guitar and bass necks and making adjustments.
The feeler gauge blades can be used in various combinations according to the needs. You can overlap several pieces with different thicknesses to obtain sizes not included in the set.
