Before powering on,turn the potentiometer clockwise 15 times.

After the IN+ and - of the module pass 2~24v,the regulating potentiometer can adjust the output voltage.

NOTE
Boost converter module,the output voltage should be at least 2V higher than the input voltage.

When the output voltage of the module cannot be adjusted and is always equal to the input voltage,turn the potentiometer counterclockwise for more than 10 turns,then use the module to adjust the voltage normally.
Voltage regulation:Turns counterclockwise to boost.
