Special precautions:
When connecting the input power source and the load at the output terminal, this module may generate electrical sparks. Please do not use this product in flammable or explosive environments, or in environments with special requirements.
Precautions: - Ensure that the input voltage does not exceed the specified maximum input voltage of the module. Exceeding the voltage limit can damage the module.
- Avoid short circuits: Take care to prevent accidental short circuits between the input and output terminals or any other connections.
- Thermal considerations: Depending on the power requirements and load conditions, the module may generate heat. Ensure proper heat dissipation by using heat sinks or cooling fans if necessary.
- Load compatibility: Ensure that the DC-DC module can handle the required load current and voltage. Exceeding the module's rated current or voltage can lead to malfunction or damage.
Main parameters: 1. Input voltage: DC8-35V, abnormal operation if lower than DC6.5V.
2. Output voltage: DC1.3V-32V. Output current: 0.1-5A.
4. Output power: 100W (MAX.) 20V/5A. When exceeding 30W, please place a heat sink on XL4015E1 and connect a fan for cooling.
5. Display Accuracy: +/- 0.1V
Input and output voltage calibration method:
1. Disconnect the input voltage.
2. Press and hold the IN/OUT button, power on again until the digital tube displays, then release the button.
3. Adjust the input voltage accurately to 12.00V, and adjust the output voltage to 5.00V.
4. Press the ON/OFF button briefly to start the automatic calibration of the display accuracy of the input and output.
Button function settings:
Press and hold ON/OFF for 3 seconds to set whether there is output voltage after the input is powered on or not. This setting will take effect after power is reconnected.
Short press ON/OFF to turn off or turn on the output voltage.
Press and hold IN/OUT to turn off the display of the digital tube, and short press this button to restore the display of the digital tube.
1. Input and output voltage selection: Identify the desired input and output voltage levels for your specific application. Ensure that the DC-DC module you have supports the required input and output voltage ranges.
2. Wiring: Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of your input power source to the corresponding terminals of the DC-DC module. Similarly, connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of your load or output device to the corresponding terminals of the module.
3. Testing and verification: Before deploying the system in its intended application, test the DC-DC module under various operating conditions to ensure its stability, efficiency, and compatibility with your load.
