Pleasantino presents Sai Baba statue an artwork of wood marquetry. Made of more than 20 individual solid wooden parts, affixed on multiple layers of wood to give a 3D look. Each small part is carved out of the Padauk wood, Maple Wood and Boxwood and then hand-assembled in a particular order to make a complete figurine.
Sai Baba of Shirdi, also known as Shirdi Sai Baba, was an Indian spiritual master who is regarded by his devotees as a saint, a fakir, a satguru, and an incarnation (avatar) of Lord Shiva and Dattatreya. He is revered by both his Hindu and Muslim devotees during, as well as after his lifetime.
