-This kit includes a screw-type tensioner and cutter tool, a 3/5" x 100ft stainless steel strapping band, and 100 steel buckles for packaging strapping.
[Specifications]
-The screw-type tensioner and cutter tool is designed for steel bandings up to 1" wide and 0.05" thick. The buckles are compatible with steel banding widths from 0.55" to 0.67".
[Usage Steps]
1.Thread one end of the strap through the buckle, leaving a 5cm reserve.
2.Bend the reserved strap to secure the buckle.
3.Wrap the strap around the object and insert it into the buckle.
4.Use the banding tool to clamp the band, pull the handle down to tighten, adjusting to the desired tightness without over-tightening.
5.Rotate the banding tool to crimp the two corners of the buckle, then pull down the blade handle to cut the strap.
6.Hammer and flatten the buckle's corners to complete the installation.
