  • Compatibility:Hydraulic Power Units suit for SeaStar and BayStar helms HH5741,HH5742,HH5261,HH5262,HH5271, HH5272, HH5273, HH5770,HH5774,HH5291, fits Baystar HH4314 and HH4513,HH4514.
  • Incompatible: Incompatible with HH4015, HH4016,HH5217, HH5224, HH5225, HH5279, HH5280, HH5281.
  • Installation steps: (1)Remove Steering wheel and Woodruff key,loosen and romove the theee phillips head screws , remove Top Plate,remove old Quad Ring Seal from heim face. (2) Lightly lubricate new Quad Ring Seal . (3)Place new Quad Ring Seal into position.NOTE: Ensure Quad Ring Seal is fully seated into the grove. (4)install Top plate . (5)install three phillips head screws , torque to 6-9 in-lb. (6)Using a good quality marine grease, lubricate steering shaft. (7)Install Steering Wheel and torque Wheel Shaft Nut to 150 in-lb. NOTE: DO NOT exceed 200 in-lb. (8)Fill and purge system free of air.
