It contains up to 13 cubic feet of storage capacity, and can be cinched down to accommodate smaller loads.

Quickly add 13 cubic feet of cinchable carrying capacity to the top of vehicle.
The bag is mounted in the space between the raised rails at the left and right of a roof rack, and the front and rear loadbars of vehicle roof rack configurations. The bag is placed empty in this spot, loaded, and then secured using the integrated nylon straps. With four possible securing points, the bag provides for easy installation and removal on virtually any factory and aftermarket roof rack, even one without side rails. The 18" high edges of the bag allow it to hold large items, while its cinching functionality means it can be used with items of all shapes. Its opening flap faces towards the rear of the vehicle, with dual zippers running along the left, right and rear edges. This allows gear to be accessed from these three sides, and keeps moisture and dirt from being forced into seams as the vehicle moves. Further protection of stowed items is provided by large flaps that overlay zippers, ensuring that moisture does not drip into them.
